No Data CollectionMined does not collect, store, transmit, or have access to any personal information. Specifically:* We do not operate servers or databases that hold user data.
* We do not collect your name, email address, location, or any identifying information.
* We do not use analytics services, advertising tools, or third-party tracking.
* We do not log your usage patterns, behaviors, or in-app activity.
* We do not sell, rent, share, or monetize any data because we have no data to share.Your data belongs entirely to you.3. On-Device StorageAll data you create in Mined, including your notes, entries, and settings, is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's local storage technologies. No data leaves your device through our systems.4. iCloud SyncMined offers optional synchronization across your Apple devices via Apple iCloud. If you choose to enable iCloud sync:* Your data syncs directly through your personal Apple iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit framework.
* The connection is strictly between your devices and Apple's infrastructure. Mined is not involved in this transfer.
* We have no access to your iCloud account, your iCloud storage, or any synced data.

Apple Intelligence and Local ProcessingMined may use Apple Intelligence, which is Apple's on-device machine learning framework, to power certain features within the app.* All processing occurs entirely on your device. No data is sent to Mined's servers.
* We do not control, collect, or receive any input or output processed by Apple Intelligence.
* Mined does not use external cloud-based machine learning services that would transmit your data off your device.If these features are used, they run locally on your hardware. We handle no data in connection with them.6. No Cookies or TrackingMined is a native iOS application. It does not use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, or any other tracking mechanisms. There is no advertising network or behavioral tracking integrated into the app.7. Children's PrivacyMined does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since we do not collect data, Mined complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar global regulations.8. Third-Party ServicesMined does not integrate third-party services that collect user data. The only external technology involved is Apple's own platform services, such as iCloud and Apple Intelligence, which are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.9. Data SecurityBecause your data remains on your device and within your personal iCloud account, security depends on your device settings and your Apple ID.
